Full rebase from MGC_6.1.021_MI8_V2b_plus3 to MGC_6.1.021_xcam_5_beta19 Merged Dynamic Black Level fix by Zoran Ostojic. Fixed Long Exposure on all libs (with the help of Mohamad Fahmi). (Doesn't save pics as of now) Optimized Manual sliders position for better experience in both Portrait and Landscape mode. Updated Custom Lib section (new xlib-mod v2 provided by SkyKing007, based on xlib v2 by Xtreme). Allowed Shutter drop to 1/4 (Thanks to SkyKing007). Removed useless settings and code from xcam and changed settings according to PocoPhone F1. Thanks to: xtreme,SkyKing, Zoran, Mohamad and everyone else who helped and tested the apk.
